Shaughnesy Postell

Shaughnesy Postell graduated from UNC-Greensboro with a BS in Exercise and Sports Science. She then completed AS in Physical Therapy Assistant at South College Asheville. She has over 13 years experience in outpatient orthopaedics, aquatics, and most recently Women's Health. 

She values compliance with patient home exercise programs in order to reach personal and therapy goals with a focus on pt accountability. She holds specialties in kinesio taping, semi custom orthotics, and women's health to add to the comprehensive therapy interventions offered. 

Outside of work, you will find her spending time with her husband and two children Ella and Braydon. Look for her and her family under the Friday night lights cheering on Smoky Mtn Football, GO Mustangs!
