Shannon Haskett
Physical Therapist
Shannon, a licensed physical therapist, received her B.A. in Physical Education,Exercise and Sports Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1995. While there, she studied athletic training and worked with various UNC sports teams including the men’s soccer, football, JV basketball and track & field teams.
Shannon received her Masters of Physical Therapy degree from East Carolina University in 1998. She has over 25 years of experience in the outpatient physical therapy setting providing quality care for orthopedic, sports, post-surgical rehab, general neurological, osteoporosis, and geriatric patients. During one of her first work experiences at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center, CompRehab, she helped develop the Osteoporosis Wellness Program.
Shannon also has a special interest in treating patients suffering from vertigo and vestibular dysfunctions. She has attended additional continuing education courses to help further her understanding in treating patients suffering from dizziness.
Shannon lives in Webster with her husband, Keith, and their son, Hunter. Outside of work, she enjoys just about everything outdoors including running, playing golf, hiking, snow skiing, water skiing, biking, kayaking/ boating, gardening and traveling. She also enjoys cooking, reading a good book and watching movies with her family.
