Gabe Peterson
Physical Therapist
Gabriel Peterson (Gabe) is a Physical Therapist. Gabe attended Western Carolina University where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Parks and Recreation Management in 2001, and a Masters of Physical Therapy in 2005.
Gabe has worked as a Physical Therapist for nearly 17 years. His experience has been primarily in outpatient orthopedics, in which he is a board-certified specialist. He holds a special interest in rotator cuff/shoulder, lumbar, and knee pathologies. Through continuing education, he has also furthered his knowledge and application of Kinesio Taping technique. He is experienced in the treatment of general orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, and chronic pain.
Gabe was raised in Fayetteville, NC, but has called the mountains of Western North Carolina home since 1997. He is enthusiastic about the new opportunities and experiences available to him, and looks forward to making a positive impact on his community. He is excited to share his orthopedic knowledge and experience with his patients to maximize their results in physical therapy, and help them achieve their goals. Gabe has a special passion for improving his patients’ quality of life, with the goal of allowing them to return to their favorite activities and a healthy lifestyle.
Away from work, Gabe likes to spend his free time staying active with a variety of activities including, hunting, fishing, paddle boarding, and hiking.Â
