Erica Green

Erica  joined Smoky Mountain Sports Medicine & Physical Therapy in September 2024 as a Front Office Specialist. With more than seven years of front-office experience, she brings strong communication skills, exceptional patient care, and a passion for helping others feel welcomed and supported from the moment they walk through the door.

Erica is currently completing her degree in Office Management at Southwestern Community College. She loves learning new skills and expanding her knowledge so she can continue growing within the healthcare and administrative field.

Though she was born in Alabama, Erica grew up in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains, a place she deeply loves for its beauty, community, and sense of home. Outside of work, she stays active with CrossFit and enjoys meeting new people, building connections, and bringing positivity into every environment she’s in.

Erica is proud to be part of the Smoky Mountain Sports Medicine & PT team and is committed to providing excellent service to patients and supporting the clinic’s mission every day.
